Today could be your day one, but I get it...You have an extremely busy lifestyle, you're a high achiever in a demanding career, and you may have kids and other responsibilities to take care of.
 
You take care of everyone, but not yourself. You get distracted, and before you know it a few years have snuck up on you and now you don't like what you see in the mirror. You can't seem to get rid of that stubborn fat, especially in the stomach area and you're finding it harder to lose weight.

It really doesn't have to be this way! I want today to be your Day One.

Over the past 11 years, I have had the pleasure of working with people just like you from all walks of life. And let me tell you something, I have not had ANYONE that has followed my instructions and didn't get the results. PERIOD.

We make it easy because of our simple 4-step fitness system that will guarantee you results. And because we come to your home or condo there is really nothing to worry about!

MEET THE FOUNDER

My name is Travis Edwards and I am the founder of House of Sweat. Some of us are good at math, some science, some art, and me, well, I've always been good at sports. Although I was good at sports, the one thing I lacked up until my early-twenties was confidence. When I began training, everything changed.

​

After university, I was literally in the worst shape of my life and it projected into other areas of my life. I wasn't confident, had low self-esteem, was self conscious and I felt out of alignment with the person I once knew, myself.

​

It was so bad, my mom bought me a gym membership for my 22nd birthday and this is where my life completed changed. After a year of training, I felt like a completely different person. I wasn't shy to approach others, my clothes fit differently,

my confidence skyrocketed, I had mental clarity, I used my time

efficiently, and most importantly I was happy

when I looked in the mirror.

So now, I've decided to dedicate my life to helping you

change your life with in-home personal training.
