MEET THE COACH

My name is Travis Edwards and I am the founder of House of Sweat. Some of us are good at math, some science, some art, and me, well, I've always been good at sports. Although I was good at sports, the one thing I lacked up until my early-twenties was confidence. When I began training, everything changed.

After university, I was literally in the worst shape of my life and it projected into other areas of my life. I was afraid to approach women, had low self-esteem, was self conscious and I felt out of alignment with the person I once knew, myself.

It was so bad, my mom bought me a gym membership for my 22nd birthday and this is where my life completed changed. After a year of training, I felt like a completely different person. I wasn't shy to approach others, my clothes fit differently,

my confidence skyrocketed, I had mental clarity, I used my time

efficiently, and most importantly I was happy

when I looked in the mirror.

So now, I've decided to dedicate my life to helping you

change your life with in-home personal training.
