Is online group training for me?

Online personal/group training can be as effective or even better than regular personal training as long as you’re committed. If you struggle with commitment, motivation, support and accountability that’s where we come in. Your online instructor will give you the push you need to get started and ensure you stay on track. On the other hand, if you’re a person that requires face-to-face interaction, then in-person training is probably best suited for you.

What happens after I sign-up for a membership?

After you sign-up you’ll get a follow-up email detailing the next steps you need to take to begin your new journey! If for some reason, you do not get the welcome email, check your spam folder and it should be there. If you still don’t have it, please contact us through the “Contact Us” tab above.

What if I can't make a class?

All House of Sweat classes are recorded so if you miss a class you can always have a chance to do the class later!

What day(s) and time(s) are the classes?

The class schedule is found in the member area, which outlines the classes for that month. Generally, classes start as early as 6:00am and end as late as 8:30pm.

What do I need to participate in a class?

To participate in class you need a smartphone, laptop or tablet with camera access. Also, depending on the class you’ll need a mat, weights (5-15 lbs), skipping rope and exercise ball (55-65 cm).

Does online group training really work?

Yes! House of Sweat provides you with all the tools you need to succeed. This includes exercise, customized nutrition plans, flexibility, convenience, encouragement, support, accountability and so much more! Most importantly, you’ll work with a trainer that truly cares about you and your success. They’ll be with you every step of the way.

Would this program work for me if I have a busy schedule?

Yes! The beauty of House of Sweat's system is that all of our classes are all recorded so that if you miss a class, you can do it at another time. If convenience and flexibility is what you need, we’ve got you covered!

Do I need a gym membership?

No! With Your Fit Body Now you can do workouts from the comfort of your home or even on a vacation. We make it convenient for you.

Does my fitness level matter?

No. Your Fit Body Now works for all fitness levels. No need to worry. Our instructors are highly trained in providing modifications to suit your particular needs whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or an expert. Your trainer is there to help you every step of the way.
