AJ has been in the health and fitness industry for more than 5 years and has a strong passion to help those who want to help themselves level up in this game we call life. Whether it’s to lift more weights, move the body more, fix bad habits or even lose weight. AJ’s passion revolves around creating a positive long lasting impression on you wanting to do this for the long term and not the short.


Having lost 60 pounds himself, he knows all too well internally how one can feel not feeling comfortable in their own Skin. AJ has a background in athletics having played a high level of hockey, soccer, lacrosse and rugby throughout his lifetime. Doing such physically demanding sports resulted in a lot of personal experience in certain settings and injuries that required attention that sparked his interest in wanting to do this for a living.
